Step-by-step instructions on scheduling an appointment.
Creating a New Appointment:
- Navigate to the Appointments tab on the main screen.
- On the top right, tap Options .
- Tap + New Appointment.
- Choose the claim for which you want to schedule an inspection. From here you will enter:
- Who you will be meeting with.
- The location of the appointment.
- Date and time.
- Additional notes related to the appointment.
- Once you’ve entered the information, tap Save.
You will be returned to a list of all your appointments.
Why Use Notes?
Notes are incredibly useful and can serve various purposes, such as:
- Specifying any required documents to bring.
- Noting the presence of pets at the location.
- Providing directions to a specific meeting point.
- Sharing gate access codes or other important information.
Note: The appointment feature is designed specifically for scheduling inspections. Using it for other purposes may result in unexpected behavior.
