Step-by-step instructions on how to delete an expense category.
- From the More tab, tap Expenses .
- On the top right, tap Options .
- Tap View Categories.
- On the next screen you can select the expense category you wish to remove.
- Once selected, tap Options at the top right of the screen.
- Tap Delete.
- Please verify that you’d like to delete this expense category.
- Type “Delete” to confirm (not case-sensitive).
- Once you select OK, the expense category will be removed from Adjuster Pilot.
- A message will pop up saying the expense category was deleted. Tap OK to clear the message.
Once finished, you will be returned to your list of expense categories.
To return to your list of expenses you can either:
- Tap < More at the top left of the screen.
- Tap Options at the top right of the screen and then select View Expenses.
NOTE: Deletions are permanent. You will not be able to retrieve information once deleted, so make sure you want to delete the expense category before proceeding. Deleting an expense category may affect associated data.
