Step-by-step instructions on how to delete an invoice.
- From the More tab, tap Invoices .
- Select the invoice you wish to remove.
- Please verify that you’d like to delete this invoice.
- Invoices attached to payments cannot be deleted. You will have to remove the invoice from any attached payments in order to delete.
- On the top right, tap Options .
- Tap Delete.
- Type “Delete” to confirm (not case-sensitive).
- Once you select OK, the invoice will be removed from Adjuster Pilot.
You will be returned to your list of invoices.
NOTE: Deletions are permanent. You will not be able to retrieve information once deleted, so make sure you want to delete the invoice before proceeding.
