Print an itel form

Step-by-step instructions on how to access and print an itel form. Use Adjuster Pilot to create an itel form that is pre-filled with your claim information!

1. From the home screen, the first thing you need to do is navigate to the claim that you need an itel form for.
2. Once you’ve reached the claim, tap Options at the top right.
3. Now select Print Itel.
4. You’ll see a preview of the form with options to:
   • Print
   • Create PDF
   • Exit
