Step-by-step guide on how to log inspections for a claim. Stay on top of your claims to maximize efficiency!
- First, navigate to the claim that you’d like to log an inspection for.
- Once you have reached the claim’s home screen, you have two different ways to log inspections:
- (a) Options menu – Simply select Options, then choose New Activity. This menu has Log Inspection as one of its options.
- (b) Activity Tab – Select the Activity tab at the bottom right of the claim’s home screen. Once here, you will see a log of all the claim’s activities. Select the + icon to add a new activity, and then choose Log Inspection from the list of options.
- Once you select Log Inspection, you will choose which appointment you’d like to log.
- NOTE: Most of the time you will only have one appointment scheduled for any given claim, but we added this option to help give our users flexibility.
- After you have selected an appointment, tap Done.
- Now, you will verify the appointment date and time and then tap Confirm.
- The inspection will now be saved within your Activity Log.
