Cancel an Appointment

Step-by-step instructions on how to cancel an appointment.

1. From the Home screen, tap the Appointments tab.
2. Select the appointment you’d wish to cancel.
3. A screen will pop up with all the information for your appointment.
   • From here you can tap X Cancel Appointment.
4. A dialogue box will pop up asking you to confirm that you do want to cancel the appointment.
5. Tap No to go back to your appointment page.
6. Tap Yes, Cancel to cancel the appointment.

You will be returned to your list of appointments.
