Delete a claim

Step-by-step instructions on how to delete a claim.

  1. Navigate to the Claims tab.
  2. Search for or Select the claim you wish to delete.
    • Please verify that you’d like to delete this claim.
    • If you cannot find the claim you are looking for, tap the filter button to check which filters are currently active. If anything, clear all filters to show all of your claims.
  3. On the top right, tap Options options menu icon.
  4. Tap Delete.
  5. Type “Delete” to confirm (not case-sensitive).
  6. Once you select OK, this claim will be removed from Adjuster Pilot.

You will be returned to your list of claims.

NOTE: Deletions are permanent. You will not be able to retrieve information once deleted, so make sure you want to delete the claim before proceeding. Deleting a claim may affect associated data, such as Invoices, etc. Alternately, you can mark a claim closed or cancelled, instead of deleting.
