Step-by-step instructions on how to delete a payment.
- From the More tab, tap Payments
. - Select the payment you wish to remove.
- Please verify that you’d like to delete this payment.
- If you cannot find the payment you are looking for, tap the filter button to check which filters are currently active. If anything, clear all filters to show all of your payments.
- You can not delete a payment if it has been finalized – you will first have to revert the payment to a draft. You can do this by selecting the payment, tapping Options
, and then selecting Revert to Draft.
- On the top right, tap Options
. - Tap Delete.
- Type “Delete” to confirm (not case-sensitive).
- Once you select OK, the payment will be removed from Adjuster Pilot.
You will be returned to your list of payments.
NOTE: Deletions are permanent. You will not be able to retrieve information once deleted, so make sure you want to remove the payment before proceeding.
