Edit an adjuster

Step-by-step instructions on how to edit an adjuster.

There are a few different ways to access the Adjuster Edit screen. This screen can always be accessed by tapping the symbol next to an adjuster’s name.
There are three locations where you will be able to find this symbol:
- (1) Edit Carrier screen
  - From the More tab, tap Carriers .
  - Select the carrier that the adjuster is associated with.
  - On the top right, tap Options .
  - Tap Edit.
  - Under the Adjusters section, tap the next to the adjuster you’d like to edit.
  - Tap Edit to bring up the Edit Adjuster screen.
  - Edit the information you’d like to update.
  - Tap Done to save the adjuster’s information.
  - Tap Done to finish editing the carrier.
  - Tap < Back to return to your list of carriers.
- (2) The Adjusters tab in Carriers
  - From the More tab, tap Carriers .
  - Select the carrier that the adjuster is associated with.
  - Select the Adjusters tab at the bottom of the screen.
  - Tap the next to the adjuster you’d like to edit.
  - Tap Edit to bring up the Edit Adjuster screen.
  - Edit the information you’d like to update.
  - Tap Done to save the adjuster’s information.
  - Tap < Back to return to your list of carriers.
- (3) Claims
  - From the Home screen, select Claims.
  - Select the Claim that the adjuster is associated with.
  - Select the Contacts tab.
  - Tap the symbol next to the adjuster’s name.
    - NOTE: You can also choose to Remove or View the adjuster here as well.
  - Edit the information you’d like to update.
  - Tap Done to save the adjuster’s information.
