Log Inspections

Step-by-step guide on how to log inspections for a claim. Stay on top of your claims to maximize efficiency!

  1. First, navigate to the claim that you’d like to log an inspection for.
  2. Once you have reached the claim’s home screen, you have two different ways to log inspections:
    • (a) Options menu options menu icon – Simply select Options, then choose New Activity. This menu has Log Inspection as one of its options.
    • (b) Activity Tab activity – Select the Activity tab at the bottom right of the claim’s home screen. Once here, you will see a log of all the claim’s activities. Select the + icon to add a new activity, and then choose Log Inspection from the list of options.
  3. Once you select Log Inspection, you will choose which appointment you’d like to log.
    • NOTE: Most of the time you will only have one appointment scheduled for any given claim, but we added this option to help give our users flexibility.
  4. After you have selected an appointment, tap Done.
  5. Now, you will verify the appointment date and time and then tap Confirm.
  6. The inspection will now be saved within your Activity Log.
