Routing Appointments

Routing appointments is one of the most useful features that Adjuster Pilot has to offer. Use it to plan ahead and save yourself time. This document will give you step-by-step details on how to utilize this feature and make routing appointments quick and easy!

  1. First, you will navigate to either the Claims tab or the Appointments tab from your Home screen.
    • NOTE: You can also access the Routing tool by hitting the To Inspect button on the Home screen and then following the steps below.
  2. On the top right, tap Options options menu icon.
  3. Next, choose Route.
  4. You will now be able to choose which appointments you’d like to route.
  5. Select your desired appointments and tap the Route Selected Claims button.
  6. Now a route with all your stops will be displayed on the next screen. From here, you can choose to:
    • Print your route
    • View your route in your preferred map service
    • Reverse the order of the route
    • Optimize the route
  7. Once finished, you will be returned to your Appointments (or Claims) list.
