Scheduling an Appointment

Step-by-step instructions on scheduling an appointment.

Creating a New Appointment:

  1. Navigate to the Appointments tab on the main screen.
  2. On the top right, tap Options .
  3. Tap + New Appointment.
  4. Choose the claim for which you want to schedule an inspection. From here you will enter:
    • Who you will be meeting with.
    • The location of the appointment.
    • Date and time.
    • Additional notes related to the appointment.
  5. Once you’ve entered the information, tap Save.

You will be returned to a list of all your appointments.

Why Use Notes?

Notes are incredibly useful and can serve various purposes, such as:

  • Specifying any required documents to bring.
  • Noting the presence of pets at the location.
  • Providing directions to a specific meeting point.
  • Sharing gate access codes or other important information.

Note: The appointment feature is designed specifically for scheduling inspections. Using it for other purposes may result in unexpected behavior.
